fsd8 Terms & Conditions

By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on the fsd8 platform, you fully agree to these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and fsd8.

In addition to these terms and conditions, the following documents also apply to your use of the platform and are considered part of these terms:

fsd8 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered your acceptance of the new terms.

To open an account and use the services at fsd8, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

fsd8 reserves the right to reject any registration request, particularly if the information provided cannot be verified or if fraud is suspected.

You are solely responsible for keeping your fsd8 account password and login details confidential. You are liable for all activities carried out using your account.

• Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, contact us immediately at [email protected].
• Changing your password regularly is a good security practice.

fsd8 will never ask for your password by email, message, or phone. If anyone asks for your password, it is a fraud attempt — notify us immediately.

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at fsd8: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Bangladesh commercial banks and other major banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 per method.
• Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing using a payment method registered in a third party's name is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will always be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Funds earned from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 5).
• Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.

The fsd8 welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The following terms apply to receiving and using the bonus:

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — your balance will be ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — your balance will be ৳32,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• fsd8 may change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the fsd8 platform:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of any bet, fsd8 reserves the right to void that bet.
• fsd8's defined rules and market conditions apply to cricket, football, and all other sports betting.
• In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, fsd8's system logs will be treated as the final evidence.
• fsd8 will not be held responsible for any losses caused by internet disconnection or system errors.

All games are operated through fsd8's approved software providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft, and fair play is guaranteed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fsd8 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering an account using false or misleading information.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions ("bonus hunting" or "arbitrage betting").
• Interfering with the platform through hacking, cracking, or any other unauthorized technical method.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to conduct betting activity.
• Using a third party's account or payment method.

If involvement in any of the above activities is proven, fsd8 may permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance.

8.1 Suspension or Closure by fsd8

fsd8 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these terms.
• Providing false information or failing identity verification.
• Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account, please email [email protected]. Make sure to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

fsd8 treats responsible gaming as its highest priority. This platform should be used for entertainment purposes only — never as a source of income.

• Do not bet beyond your means.
• Avoid placing more bets in an attempt to recover losses.
• You can use fsd8's self-exclusion feature to restrict your account for a set period.

For resolving any dispute or complaint between fsd8 and a user, an attempt will first be made to reach a resolution through direct discussion.
